Nassau County Police announced its search for a missing Roslyn Heights has come to an end today.
According to detectives, Ilnam Kim, 73, of Roslyn Heights, was found and had no injuries. Prior to his disappearance, Kim was last seen in the vicinity of St. Marks Place, wearing a brown North Face jacket. He is Korean and doesn’t speak English.
A Silver Alert was issued for Kim on Friday. The alert program had been established in order to disseminate immediate information to local media, hospitals and other organizations when a senior citizen or other individuals suffering from Alzheimer’s disease, dementia or other cognitive disorders goes missing.
