North Hempstead Town Supervisor Judi Bosworth and Councilman Peter Zuckerman recently attended the 29th Annual Winthrop Hospital Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony. The program consisted of remarks from the administration of the hospital, and a performance from the Mineola High School choir.
A patient from the pediatric center of the hospital flipped the switch to light the tree at the conclusion of the program.
