Seventh Precinct Officers report the arrest of five individuals during a “Project 21” initiative that took place on Wednesday, March 11.
The following individuals sold alcohol to a 19-year-old underage agent:
1. Yoonsoon Kim, 61, of Cherrywood Wine, 1152 Wantagh Ave. Wantagh
2. Jorge Aguilar, 39, of Cappy’s Wine & Liquor, 1225 Wantagh Ave. Wantagh
3. Ke Ding, 21, of Vintage Wine & Spirits, 3978 Jerusalem Ave. Seaford
4. Mohamed Hussain, 59, of Aunergy (gas station), 1000 Hicksville Rd. Massapequa
5. Wen Qin Chen, 41, of Discount Liquor, 5500 Sunrise Hwy. Massapequa
All the defendants were released on Appearance Tickets and charged with prohibited sale of alcohol to a person under 21. They are due to respond to First District Court, Hempstead on March 25.
