Manhasset Chocolate Works owner Stephanie Solomon enthusiastically continues an annual fundraiser after the evening’s elementary schools holiday concerts in support of Manhasset School Community Association (SCA) and Manhasset Community Coalition Against Substance Abuse (CASA) missions to promote the overall well-being of Manhasset youth. “As a community business owner and as a mother myself, I appreciate the importance of organizations like the SCA and CASA that work to educate kids and parents and raise awareness on the importance of substance abuse prevention,” stated Solomon.

Parents, caregivers, relatives and students are invited to stop by Chocolate Works after the fifth and sixth grade concerts to enjoy ice cream, chocolate and more while supporting the SCA and CASA. 20 percent of all sales will be donated on Thursday, Dec. 10, and Wednesday, Dec. 16.

Chocolate Works will remain open through 9:30 p.m. on these concert nights. The store is at 346 Plandome Rd. in Manhasset, phone is 516-627-2340. For more information, a promotional flyer, go to www.manhassetsca.org or www.manhassetcasa.org.
