On Wednesday, Jan. 20, the Port Washington Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon cutting for the grand reopening of f.i.s.h. on Main at 286 Main St.
North Hempstead Council Member Dina De Giorgio, Town Clerk Wayne Wink and Nassau County Legislator Delia DeRiggi-Whitton attended the ribbon cutting for Ayhan Hassan’s restaurant.
Hassan, who owns seven other restaurants throughout Nassau County, reinvented his former restaurant at this location (formerly known as Ayhan’s Fish Kebab) with new decor and a new menu featuring Asian fusion, sushi and regional American dishes. Elected officials in attendance presented Ayhan Hassan a proclamation of recognition honoring him for the opening of the new restaurant.
