Table Top Adventures

The Jericho library welcomes Lucy Van Horn back with Table Top Adventures on Saturday, March 19, at 11:30 a.m.

This week, Van Horn delves into Latin American cuisine. Attendees will prepare salsas from three countries—pebre from Chile, chimichurri from Argentina and salsa guasacaca from Venezuela. These will be served with a tasty, quick pan-fried steak. The dishes are not hot, just highly flavored and delicious.
