Luke Sylvia (left) and Brendan Sargent (right) were selected to the Nassau County High School Hockey All Star team—Middle School Division.
Their Blue Team lost 8-6 in an epic battle at the 2018 All Star Game, but the Manhasset representatives played brilliantly. Sargent, a defenseman, tallied two assists and provided solid defense. Sylvia scored two goals and added an assist on the night.
Sylvia was also selected by the league as the 2018 Playoff MVP during Manhasset’s run to their second consecutive Nassau County Middle School Championship.
