The Manhasset Plandome Newcomers Club (MPNC) wrapped-up their last couples’ event on June 25 with the ever-popular annual Progressive Dinner.
The night kicked off with cocktails and appetizers at the beautiful home of Trevor and Emily Burton, where Notorious Pink rose wine generously donated by the Governale family was enjoyed by all.
The couples then dispersed to their hosts’ homes for dinner by Prime Catering and more mingling. The MPNC extends its thanks to veteran hosts Amanda and Chris Marino, Kara and Marcus Monteiro, and Kevin and Kim-Ly Moynihan, and first-time hosts Nicole Lee and Josh Ryan, Elton and Erika Shum, Mili Ahluwalia and Daven Popat, and Ken and Liz McCulloch. Each host couple received gorgeous personalized gift candles donated by CandiGrams.
To conclude this great community social event, JT and Andrea Deignan welcomed all couples back to their beautiful Flower Hill home for dessert and drinks. Selina Lin, MPNC member, commented “The intimacy of enjoying dinner and drinks in friends’ homes is what makes this event so special.” Finally, we would like to thank the couples’ event committee for all of their hard work during this year.
“I look forward to the Progressive dinner each year, it’s a perfect way to end the school year and launch into summertime with good friends and neighbors,” said Marielle Fietta MPNC board member. We wish all Manhasset residents a relaxing summer and look forward to exciting new events in the planning process for the fall.
