Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation Commissioner Rose Harvey is pleased to announce that New York State Park golf courses on Long Island are opening for the season.
Contact information for regional State Parks golf courses are listed below. Changes in weather may impact operating schedules. Golfers are advised to call ahead if there is a question about course conditions.
Bethpage, Farmingdale – The Blue, Green, Red, and Yellow Courses are open. The Black Course is anticipated to open April 13, weather dependent. 516-249-0700.

Sag Harbor, Sag Harbor – Open. 631-725-2503.
Sunken Meadow, Kings Park – Open. 631-269-5351.
Greens fees can vary, so parks officials recommend golfers contact each course for current fees and reservations. Rates are also listed on the agency’s website, www.nysparks.com. The New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation oversees 179 state parks and 35 historic sites.
