Island Trees Rallies Against Plainedge To Win Title

The Island Trees Lady Bulldogs girls’ softball team rallied from a 6-1 deficit to win 11-6 against Plainedge and captured the Nassau County Championship at Mitchel Field on May 23. The team goes onto to the Long Island Championship against the Suffolk County champion on June 4, at 3 p.m. at St. Joseph’s College in Patchogue.
