The Levittown Chamber of Commerce held its general meeting on May 15 at the YES Community Center. Tropical Smoothie catered the food. At this meeting Councilman Gary Hudes spoke to the members on how to build and increase business for the Levittown Chamber of Commerce.
The officers and board of directors welcomed new members to the chamber with a plague presentation to Merry Maids, Liberty Mutual Insurance and Premier Merchant Processing.
The chamber meets every third Wednesday of the month and meetings are open to the public. Meetings rotate month to month from a lunch, to a dinner and then back to a lunch. Location of the meetings moves, to give different chamber member eateries an opportunity to host the gathering. About 30 to 40 people attend.
