Dan’s Dog Walking and Pet Sitting of Port Washington is teaming up for holiday giving to dogs and cats with Rock-Can-Roll, a non-profit organization that collects and distributes healthy non-perishable food for those members of the community who could use a helping hand this holiday season. Donation boxes will be distributed to local vets, groomers, and other small businesses to collect pet related items.
Donation boxes will be set up in the following communities: Port Washington, Manhasset, Roslyn, Great Neck, Glen Cove, Glen Head, Sea Cliff, Old Brookville, Greenvale, Locust Valley and Albertson.
Dan’s is collecting wet and dry dog and cat food, dog and cat treats, pet clothing, beds and toys.

The donation collection will run through Dec. 31.
