My sincerest and heartfelt “thanks” and “appreciation” to everyone for publishing both “Reflections From Santa” by Marine, James M. Schmidt” and the photograph of my fellow Marines and I up around the Vietnam’s DMZ, Christmas Day, 1968 within your Dec. 24, 2014 through Jan. 6, 2015 issues.
With special emphasis, if I may, on Massapequa/Plainview-Old Bethpage editor Jennifer Fauci…her courtesy, professionalism and downright class have, as did all of you, restored my faith in America’s journalistic profession.
