Jack Lusk passed away at the age of 79 with his family by his side on Monday, June 22, 2015 in St. Louis, MO. Beloved husband for 56 years of Pat Lusk (nee Kendall). Loving father of Cathy (Mark) Stalcup and Bob (Missy) Lusk. Cherished grandfather of Tyler and Becca Stalcup & Jack, Patrick, and Kaitlyn Lusk.
Jack and his family were previously longtime residents of Manhasset and he had the great pleasure of raising his children in Munsey Park. Jack and Pat moved to St. Louis, MO in 1989; however, fond memories and friendships that were made followed him to the Midwest and remained strong until he passed. Jack was a graduate, and proud alum, of the University of Illinois. He was a well-recognized and respected expert in the field of motion picture distribution. Jack was a leader in the field of Non-Theatrical Licensing of Hollywood’s movies. His career of over 50 years included executive leadership positions at Modern Talking Pictures, MGM/United Artists and MPLC of America. The last 20 years of his career Jack served as President of Swank Motion Pictures. Services: A Celebration of Jack’s Life for family and friends will be held at Bellerive Country Club, 12925 Ladue Rd., St. Louis, MO 63141, Tuesday, July 14th, at 4:00 p.m. with a reception to follow immediately after the service.
