Nassau County PAL Winter Program
Lacrosse – Boys Indoor – K through seventh grade – No contact, indoor winter lacrosse program. Held on Saturdays, late morning or afternoons depending upon enrollment (five, one-and-a-half hour sessions) at Levittown Memorial Education Center. The program starts in early January and runs into February. Loaner equipment is available to all participants, but children must have their own stick and mouthpiece. T-shirts included. Fee: $50.
Lacrosse – Girls Indoor – K through seventh grade – No contact, indoor winter lacrosse program. Held on Saturday afternoons (5 – 1.5 hour sessions) at LMEC. The program starts in early January and runs into February. Children must have their own stick and mouthpiece. T-shirts included. Fee: $50.
Wrestling – Grades 1-6. Programs run November through March. Optional tournaments held outside of our locations will require wrestling shoes and additional fees (typically $10 to $15). The program will be held at Salk Middle School. Fee: Grades 1-3 -$65, Grades 4-6 – $85.
Horseback Riding – Grade 1 and up. Instructional riding program includes riding, tacking and horsemanship. The program will be held at the Bethpage Stables and will consist of six – one-half hour, once weekly sessions to be available on selected weekday afternoons and some weekends. Four registrants per class. Fee: $180.
In person registration only at the Levittown PAL Office, located at 64 Division Avenue, Suite 101 on Tuesday, Oct. 20 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. or Saturday, Oct. 17 from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
