On Jan. 6, Westbury Arts held the opening reception for its first gallery exhibition of the new year, titled “Works on Paper.”

This Members Exhibition showcases the work of 19 Long Island and metro New York artists, who were invited to explore the varied media which utilizes paper, including drawings, paintings or watercolors on paper, hand-pulled prints, photographic prints, digitally created artwork displayed as prints, and paper constructions.

The exhibition runs through February 9, 2024 and is open to the public for viewing on Thursdays (12 pm – 4 pm), Fridays (2 pm – 6 pm), and Saturdays (10 am – 2 pm). The Westbury Arts gallery is located at 255 Schenck Avenue, Westbury, and admission is free. Parking is available at the municipal lot directly across the street on Schenck Avenue.
